目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血糖控制水平、病程及体质量指数与炎性因子CRP、FFA、UA水平与的关系。方法选取200例住院2型糖尿病患者,所有患者均检测超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平,血清尿酸(UA)水平,按糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平分为血糖未达标组138例(A1组),血糖达标组62例(A2组);按糖尿病病程分为晚期组121例(B1组),早期组79例(B2组);按体质量指数(BMI)分为非肥胖组110例(C1),肥胖组90例(C2)。统计分析不同分组条件下对CRP、FFA、UA水平的影响。结果在2型糖尿病患者中,血糖未达标组CRP明显高于血糖达标组(P<0.05),肥胖组FFA、UA均明显高于非肥胖组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。而上述指标与病程无关。结论 hs-CRP与血糖控制水平有着紧密的关系,FFA、UA与患者肥胖程度密切相关,而病程与上述指标无明显关联。

Objective?To investigate the relationship of type 2 diabetes blood sugar level of control, the course of the disease and the body mass index and inflammatory factors CRP, FFA, UA level expression. Methods 200 cases of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes, all patients were detected in the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), serum free fatty acid (FFA) levels, serum uric acid (UA) levels, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels divided into blood sugar did not meet the group of 138 cases (A1), blood glucose control group of 62 patients (A2);divided into (B1), 121 cases of the late group according to the duration of diabetes, the early group, 79 cases (B2 group);BMI (BMI) divided into 110 cases of non-obese group (C1), 90 cases of the obese group (C2). Statistical analysis of the levels of CRP, FFA, UA different grouping criteria. Results In patients with type 2 diabetes, the blood sugar did not meet the group CRP blood glucose control group (P<0.05) was significantly higher than the obese group FFA, UA was significantly higher than the non-obese group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The indicator has nothing to do with the course. Conclusion hs-CRP level of glycemic control has a close relationship, FFA, UA is closely related to the degree of obesity in patients with, and the course of the disease was no significant association with the indicators.
