绍兴市人民医院结合自身的实际特点,将“枫桥经验”引入医院管理,在院内充分发挥其维护稳定、和谐发展的积极作用。倡导“小事不出科,大事不出院;服务性投诉不出科,医疗性投诉不出院;矛盾不上交,调解有原则”的矛盾解决方法,院科两级积极联动,把矛盾化解在科内,把问题解决在院内,把隐患消除在萌芽状态,为医院发展创造和谐稳定的环境。

Considering its own actual characteristics, Shaoxing People's Hospital introduced the"Fengqiao Experience"in the daily operations and management of the hospital for the purpose of its active role in maintaining stable and harmonious development. Through implementation of the conflict resolution principle"All minor problems will be properly settled by the department and serious problems by the hospital;complaints relating to service be settled by department and complaints relating to the medical treatment by the hospital;all conflicts will be properly settled within the hospital following the guiding principle for conciliation", all relevant departments and the hospital itself worked together with the aim to resolve all possible conflicts by departments, solve all problems in the hospital and eliminate all possible potential ones before their occurrence for the purpose of building an harmonious and safe environment for the hospital development.
