目的：通过对郑州市无偿献血者ALT初筛前后检测结果分析，评价ALT初筛的必要性。方法对郑州市2008年至2012年ALT不合格率进行统计分析，并对郑州市2011年6月至2013年5月无偿献血者的ALT的不合格率进行统计，并分析ALT初筛前后不合格率的变化。结果2008年至2012年ALT平均不合格率为3.60%。实施ALT初筛不合格率从4.20%下降至1.95%。结论 ALT初筛的开展显著降低了ALT的不合格率，避免了血液资源的浪费。
목적：통과대정주시무상헌혈자ALT초사전후검측결과분석，평개ALT초사적필요성。방법대정주시2008년지2012년ALT불합격솔진행통계분석，병대정주시2011년6월지2013년5월무상헌혈자적ALT적불합격솔진행통계，병분석ALT초사전후불합격솔적변화。결과2008년지2012년ALT평균불합격솔위3.60%。실시ALT초사불합격솔종4.20%하강지1.95%。결론 ALT초사적개전현저강저료ALT적불합격솔，피면료혈액자원적낭비。
Objective?Through analysis of the test results before and after the ALT screening for unpaid blood donors in Zhengzhou, we evaluate the necessity of the ALT screening. Methods The fraction of ALT from 2008 to 2012 were analysis and the ALT fraction from June 2011 to May 2013 in Zhengzhou, and the changes of the fraction before and after the ALT screening were analysised. Results From 2008 to 2012 the average failure rate of ALT is 3.60%. The ALT screening failure rate dropped from 4.20%to 1.95%. Conclusion ALT screening significantly reduced the failure rate of ALT and avoided blood waste of resources.
