目的:对比观察在使用传统熊去氧胆酸胶囊基础上联合腺苷蛋氨酸及前列地尔治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化的疗效。方法将40例原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者随机分为2组,每组20例。对照组给予熊去氧胆酸胶囊0.25g每天3次口服,共3个月。治疗组在上述基础上给予每天静滴腺苷蛋氨酸针1g联合前列地尔针20IU治疗,共10d,每月一次,共3次。结果随访3个月,按肝功能改善情况评分,治疗组优良率为82.68%,对照组优良率为65.12%,经统计分析,P<0.05。结论腺苷蛋氨酸联合前列地尔对原发性胆汁性肝硬化的治疗可比传统单用熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗取得更为良好的疗效。

목적:대비관찰재사용전통웅거양담산효낭기출상연합선감단안산급전렬지이치료원발성담즙성간경화적료효。방법장40례원발성담즙성간경화환자수궤분위2조,매조20례。대조조급여웅거양담산효낭0.25g매천3차구복,공3개월。치료조재상술기출상급여매천정적선감단안산침1g연합전렬지이침20IU치료,공10d,매월일차,공3차。결과수방3개월,안간공능개선정황평분,치료조우량솔위82.68%,대조조우량솔위65.12%,경통계분석,P<0.05。결론선감단안산연합전렬지이대원발성담즙성간경화적치료가비전통단용웅거양담산효낭치료취득경위량호적료효。
Objective?To study the effect of primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) treated with ursodeoxycholic acid combined with ademetionine and alprostadil. Methods 40 patients suffered with PBC were divided random into observation group and control group (n=20). Patients in observation group were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid for three months (0.25g/T, three times per day), ademetionine (1.0g/d) and alprostadil (20U/d)for 10 days once a month, and a total of 3 times. At the same time, patients in control group were treated with only ursodeoxycholic acid for three months (0.25g/T, three times per day). Results All patients were followed up for three months. The score of improvement of liver function was analyzed and the results showed the good rate was markedly differential in statistics between observation group and control group (82.68%vs 65.12%, P<0.05). Conclusion Using ursodeoxycholic acid combined with ademetionine and alprostadil to treat PBC maybe obtain better curative effect than using ursodeoxycholic acid only.
