目的：研究柴桂安神胶囊对失眠大鼠睡眠时相变化的影响；观察柴桂安神胶囊对小鼠的镇静催眠作用；观察小鼠对催眠阈下催眠剂量戊巴比妥钠作用的影响及对小鼠自主活动的影响。方法利用电刺激诱导大鼠失眠的方法，用脑电图描记，观察给予柴桂安神胶囊后失眠大鼠睡眠时相的变化情况；将小鼠随机分为柴桂安神胶囊低、中、高剂量组（2，4和8g·kg -1），解郁安神冲剂组和空白组，观察给药后入睡潜伏期和睡眠持续时间，观察记录30 min内翻正反射消失达1 min以上的小鼠数以及末次给药30 min后，2 min内小鼠自发活动次数。结果柴桂安神胶囊可显著延长失眠大鼠的总睡眠时间（TST ）、中、高剂量可明显缩短戊巴比妥钠致小鼠入睡的潜伏时间、延长睡眠持续时间、增加阈下催眠剂量戊巴比妥钠小鼠入睡率并抑制小白鼠自发活动次数。结论柴桂安神胶囊有镇静催眠作用。
목적：연구시계안신효낭대실면대서수면시상변화적영향；관찰시계안신효낭대소서적진정최면작용；관찰소서대최면역하최면제량무파비타납작용적영향급대소서자주활동적영향。방법이용전자격유도대서실면적방법，용뇌전도묘기，관찰급여시계안신효낭후실면대서수면시상적변화정황；장소서수궤분위시계안신효낭저、중、고제량조（2，4화8g·kg -1），해욱안신충제조화공백조，관찰급약후입수잠복기화수면지속시간，관찰기록30 min내번정반사소실체1 min이상적소서수이급말차급약30 min후，2 min내소서자발활동차수。결과시계안신효낭가현저연장실면대서적총수면시간（TST ）、중、고제량가명현축단무파비타납치소서입수적잠복시간、연장수면지속시간、증가역하최면제량무파비타납소서입수솔병억제소백서자발활동차수。결론시계안신효낭유진정최면작용。
Objective To study the effect of Chaigui Anshen Capsules on the sleep phase of insomnia rats ;to observe the sedative and hypnotic effects of Chaigui Anshen Capsules on mice ;to observe the influence of subthreshold hypnotic dose of sodium pento-barbital in mice and spontaneous activity in mice after giving Chaigui Anshen Capsules .Methods The influence of Chaigui Anshen Capsules on the sleep phase of insomnia rats induced by electrical stimulation ,was observed and recorded by electroenceghalo-graph(EEG) .The insomnia rats were divided into groups randomly :Chaigui Anshen Capsules low ,middle and high dose groups(2 , 4 and 8 g · kg -1 ) ,Jieyu Anshen granules group and blank group .After the administration of Chaigui Anshen Capsules ,the sleep latency and sleep duration were observed ,and the number of rats whose loss of righting reflex was more than one minute in 30 mi-nutes .and spontaneous activity times of rats within 2 minute were recorded 30 minutes after the last administration .Results Chaigui Anshen Capsules can significantly prolong the total sleep time(TST) ,while middle and high dose of Chaigui Anshen Cap-sules can shorten the sleep latency induced by pentobarbital sodium ,extend the sleep duration ,increase the sleep rate which treated with pentobarbital sodium and decrease the spontaneous activity times of rats .Conclusion Chaigui Anshen Capsules have the sed-ative and hypnotic effects .
