结合工程实际对金属管道在土壤中的腐蚀原理进行了论述,并着重于高压电线的交流电对管道腐蚀的影响进行了论述。当高压线距离管道1000 m以上时无需考虑交流电对其防腐作用;交流电密度有三种判定强度,分别是弱、中、强。当判定为强时则必须采取防腐保护措施。采用“负电位接地”的方法对管道进行的防腐蚀办法。

Combined with engineering practice,the corrosion theory of metal pipe in the soil was discussed, and effect of high-voltage wiring AC on pipeline corrosion was investigated. The results show that, when the distance between the high voltage line and the pipe is above 1 000 m, effect of the AC on the pipeline corrosion need not be considered;AC power density can be divided into three determining strength including weak, medium and strong. When AC power density is strong, the corrosion protection measures must be taken."Negative potential ground"is an effective method for corrosion protection of the pipelines.
