抛整平台是为深水航道治理而研制的专用海洋工程平台,在基床抛石整平施工任务结束后,平台便一直处于闲置状态。为了减少闲置平台的维修保养等附加费用,降低试采油平台的建造成本。通过计算分析对抛石整平平台改装为试采油平台的可行性进行论证。并作为闲置或超出服役期限平台改装的一个典型参考实例。

The rubble leveling platform is a dedicated marine engineering platform that is developed for deepwater channel regulation. After the task of riprap leveling for the base bed was completed, the platform was idle all the time. In order to reduce maintenance cost of idle platforms and reduce the construction cost of trial oil production platform, the feasibility of modifying the riprap leveling platform into the trial oil production platform was analyzed by calculation.
