传统全桥有源电力滤波器(active power filter,APF)正常工作时开关管驱动信号中要加入死区时间,这样就会产生死区效应,降低 APF 的补偿性能。为了解决这个问题,提出一种交错降压式全桥 APF,其最大的特点是没有直通隐患,可靠性高,无需设置死区,补偿性能好。针对新型APF 电感数目较多的缺陷,采用半波倍频正弦脉宽调制(sinusoidal pulse width modulation,SPWM),有效地减小了单个电感的感值,从而减弱电感数量增加而带来的体积重量影响。仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性和新型 APF 的可行性。
傳統全橋有源電力濾波器(active power filter,APF)正常工作時開關管驅動信號中要加入死區時間,這樣就會產生死區效應,降低 APF 的補償性能。為瞭解決這箇問題,提齣一種交錯降壓式全橋 APF,其最大的特點是沒有直通隱患,可靠性高,無需設置死區,補償性能好。針對新型APF 電感數目較多的缺陷,採用半波倍頻正絃脈寬調製(sinusoidal pulse width modulation,SPWM),有效地減小瞭單箇電感的感值,從而減弱電感數量增加而帶來的體積重量影響。倣真和實驗驗證瞭理論分析的正確性和新型 APF 的可行性。

The dead-time should be added to the drive signals of the conventional full-bridge active power filter (APF) so that the dead-time effect will be introduced and the APF compensation performance will be decreased. To resolve this problem, an interleaved buck full-bridge APF was proposed in this paper, of which the characteristics are no “shoot-through” phenomenon, high reliability, no dead-time and good compensation performance. Aiming at the disadvantage of big inductors number of the novel APF, the half wave double-frequency sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) is employed so that the inductance value of each inductor is reduced and the effects of volume and weight are weakened. Simulation and experimentation verify the validity of analysis and feasibility of the novel APF.
