在高职教育改革创新中，应通过对实践教学的柔性化设计，来实现对人才培养对象因材施教，进行“精细化”培养是十分重要的内容。本文以电子商务专业为例探讨了实践教学的柔性化设计、实施及需注意的问题。

In the education reform and innovation of higher voca-tional education, it is very important to achieve the cultivation of talents in accordance with their aptitude and carry out"intensive"cultivation through the flexible design of practice teaching. With the electronic commerce specialty as an example, this paper dis-cusses the implementation and issues that should be paid atten-tion to in the flexible design of practice teaching.
