根据独立学院以培养应用型人才为方针，华南理工大学广州学院电子创新实验室结合自身情况，制定了人才培养目标。并根据多年参加各类电子竞赛的经验，逐步建成了具有特色的塔式人才培养方案，同时采用科学管理方式，保证了实验室的可持续发展。

According to the goal of training applied talents in in-dependent colleges, compbining with practical situation, Elec-tronic Innovative Laboratory of Guangzhou College of South Chi-na University of Technology has established specific talent train-ing goals. In accordance with many years’experience of partici-pation in various kinds of electronic competitions, the featured pagoda-typed talent cultivation scheme has been gradually es-tablished and scientific management methods are adopted to en-sure the sustainable development of the laboratory.
