目的：探讨分析用中西医结合的方案治疗老年原发性高血压时在改善临床症状，降压效果等临床疗效方面的优势。方法将137例老年高血压患者随机分为两组，西医组63例服用西药，中西医结合组64例在服用西药的基础上根据证型服用中药治疗。结果中西医结合组降压效果总有效率为95.3%，临床疗效总有效率为92.2%，明显优于西医组的82.5%，76.2%。结论在服用西药的基础上辨证服用中药治疗老年原发性高血压，不仅能提高降压疗效，在改善患者的临床症状方面也有优势，建议临床配合使用。

목적：탐토분석용중서의결합적방안치료노년원발성고혈압시재개선림상증상，강압효과등림상료효방면적우세。방법장137례노년고혈압환자수궤분위량조，서의조63례복용서약，중서의결합조64례재복용서약적기출상근거증형복용중약치료。결과중서의결합조강압효과총유효솔위95.3%，림상료효총유효솔위92.2%，명현우우서의조적82.5%，76.2%。결론재복용서약적기출상변증복용중약치료노년원발성고혈압，불부능제고강압료효，재개선환자적림상증상방면야유우세，건의림상배합사용。
Objective To investigate the treatment of elderly patients with analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with primary hypertension antihypertensive effect in improving the clinical symptoms, clinical curative effect advantage. Methods 137 cases were divided into elderly hypertensive patients into two groups, treatment group 63 patients taking western medicine, group 64 cases in western medicine on the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Results the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine antihypertensive effect with the total effective rate was 95.3%, the total clinical cure rate is 92.2%, significantly better than the western medicine group 82.5%, 76.2%. Conclusion on the basis of Western Medicine on the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in treating senile primary hypertension, can not only enhance the antihypertensive efficacy in clinical symptoms, improve patient also has the advantage, suggest that clinical use.
