目的:分析腺苷脱氨酶在病毒性在乙型肝炎患者血清测定中的价值性。方法选取我院收治的100例病毒性乙型肝炎患者为实验组,同期抽取100例健康者为对照组。采用生化分析仪对两组对象进行腺苷脱氨酶以及相关肝功能指标检测。结果实验组患者的腺苷脱氨酶水平相比对照组更高,差异明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05;且病情越轻,腺苷脱氨酶水平越低。肝硬化患者的腺苷脱氨酶阳性率相比其余生化指标更高,而其余患者的腺苷脱氨酶阳性率相比其余生化指标更低,差异明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对机体腺苷脱氨酶进行检测,能够有效评估病毒性乙型肝炎患者的病情发展情况,方便医师的诊断和治疗。

Objective To analyze the adenosine deaminase in serum of patients with hepatitis B virus in the determination of the value of. Methods 100 patients admitted to our hospital with viral hepatitis B patients in the experimental group, compared with 100 healthy extracted as the control group. Biochemical analyzer using two objects adenosine deaminase and associated liver function test. Results the experimental group were adenosine deaminase levels higher compared with the control group, significant difference was statistically significant, P <0.05, and the lighter the disease, the lower the level of adenosine deaminase. Off the enzyme adenosine in patients with cirrhosis compared to higher positive rate of ammonia rest of biochemical parameters, while the rest of the patient's lower compared to the rest of adenosine biochemical markers off-positive rate of ammonia, differences are significant, statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion the body to detect adenosine deaminase, which can effectively evaluate the development of the disease in patients with viral hepatitis B, easy diagnosis and treatment of physicians.
