目的：观察左室特发性室速（ILVT）的电生理特点及射频导管消融治疗。方法：通过体表心电图特点初步判断室速起源，激动标测法精确定位室速起源部位，射频消融终点为ILVT不能再诱发。结果：16例ILVT患者，于左后间隔成功消融14例，左前间隔、左室流出道消融成功各1例。结论：体表心电图初步定位ILVT的起源部位，激动标测法精确定位导管消融靶点，此方法简便、直观、准确率高。
목적：관찰좌실특발성실속（ILVT）적전생리특점급사빈도관소융치료。방법：통과체표심전도특점초보판단실속기원，격동표측법정학정위실속기원부위，사빈소융종점위ILVT불능재유발。결과：16례ILVT환자，우좌후간격성공소융14례，좌전간격、좌실류출도소융성공각1례。결론：체표심전도초보정위ILVT적기원부위，격동표측법정학정위도관소융파점，차방법간편、직관、준학솔고。
Objective:To observe the electrophysiological characteristics and radiofrequency catheter ab-lation treatment of idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia(ILVT) .Method :We estimated preliminarily the origin of ILVT by surface electrocardiogram characteristics and positioned precisely using active mapping .Terminating ILVT was the end of radiofrequency ablation .Result :16ILVT cases ,the number ablated successfully in left posterior sep-tal were 14cases ,as well as one case in left anterior septal and left coronary sinus separately .Conclusion :This means is simple ,intuitive and more accuracy ,which was using surface electrocardiogram preliminarily positioning or-igin and then active mapping precisely to fix position ablation target .
