目的：探讨一种护理配药器的临床研制及应用，并了解其在临床应用的效果。方法研制由底板、支杆和弯臂三部分组成的护理配药器,其特征是在弯臂上设有穿刺针,穿刺针上设有吸囊,底板上设有配伍表。在临床实践的基础上，使用护理配药器，在医院静配中心同一个操作者随机选择常规配药方式配制200组液体和应用配药器配制200组液体所需时间对比，分析比较两组注射器的使用效果。结果护理配药器经我院200例的临床配药应用，与传统的配药方法比较，缩短了配药时间p值<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论该配药器临床配药操作简便、安全、省时省力。减轻了护理人员的工作强度，便于临床推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical development and application of a nursing dispensing device, and to understand its clinical effect. Methods: developed by the bottom plate, a rod and a bent arm is composed of three parts of nursing dispensing device, which comprises a puncture needle bent arm, the puncture needle is provided with a suction bag, the bottom plate is provided with a compatibility table. On the basis of clinical practice in nursing, the use of dispensing device, static distribution center in hospital with an operator randomly selected conventional dosage formulation and application of 200 groups of liquid dispensing device with 200 groups of liquid required time comparison, the "2 check, use effect was compared between two groups. Results: the clinical nursing dispenser dispensing application in our hospital 200 cases, compared with the traditional method of dispensing, dispensing time shortened p value<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: the clinical pharmacy is simple, safe, time-saving. Reduce the working strength of the nursing personnel, facilitate clinical application.
