目的:探讨普米克联合雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息样疾病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2011年12月至2013年8月间收治的72例喘息样疾病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组患儿36例。两组采用相同的综合性治疗,治疗组在综合性治疗的基础上另加普米克联合可必特氧气驱动混合雾化吸入治疗;对照组应用沙丁胺醇溶液和地塞米松混合雾化吸入,应用方法、疗程均与治疗组一样。观察两组治疗后喘息症状消失时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间及住院天数。结果治疗6d 后,治疗组显效率83.3%高于对照组,喘息消失时间和肺部哮鸣音消失时间均比对照组短(P <0.01),住院天数也比对照组少(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论普米克联合雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息样疾病疗效确切,且有临床控制率高,给药途径方便,安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atomizing inhalation ofPulmicort in treatment of children with asthmatic diseases. Methods retrospective analysis of admitted in our hospital in 2011 december - 2013 august 72 caseswith asthmatoid disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 36 cases. two groups using the same synthetic therapy,the treatment group on the basis of comprehensive treatment and the other gapMick combined with combivent oxygen driven mixing atomization inhalation treatment; the control group used salbutamol solution and dexame thasonemixture inhalation, application method, course of treatment group and control group were the same. asthmatic symptom disappearance time, pulmonary wheezing disappearance time and hospital stay were observed in the two groups after treatment. Results after treatment for 6d, efficiency of the treatment group was 83.3% higher than the control group, the disappearance time of wheezingand wheezing disappearance time were shorter than the control group ( P < 0.01),length of hospital stay was less than the control group ( P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Pulmicort inh alation therapy in children with asthmatoid disease exactly, and the clinical control rate is high, the route of administration is convenient, safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.
