21世纪,在市场经济发展越来越完善的今天,企业之间的竞争不再纯粹是商品质量,售后服务的竞争,更重要的是企业之间人才的竞争,企业能否留住核心人才是关系到企业能否可持续发展的关键。现今企业的成长与壮大靠的不再是单纯的资本与技术的投入,如何使资本,技术以及其他资源充分合理利用以成为企业所考虑的问题。作为资源环节中最重要的一块,我们不再将他作为一种成本来看待,而是更多地把他作为一种突破口,来实现企业的效用最大化。因此,企业内部的人力资源的绩效评估机制也被企业所重视起来,达到企业各项职能与资源的整合,促进共同的发展。以下就论述一下员工的绩效评估与员工激励之间的关系。
