2013年春，我市突然发生了人感染H7N9禽流感疫情，卫生行政部门、医疗机构和疾病预防控制中心紧急启动应急措施，积极救治患者。在紧急救治过程中需要大量的协调工作，本文根据直接参与此项工作的经历，介绍了救治过程中需要考虑的各种情况以及需要改进的措施。

Huzhou, Zhejiang Province was struck by H7N9 in the spring of 2013. The health administrative departments, medical institutions and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention launched the emergency response plan and people infected with H7N9 received active treatment. A lot of coordination work was in need in the emergency response process. This article introduces a variety of situations that should be taken into consideration and measures to be improved based on the author's experience in coordination of treatment and control of H7N9.
