[目的]为北美香柏的区域栽培和推广应用提供理论依据。[方法]分别于休眠初期、中期和末期取北美香柏小枝及叶进行不同梯度低温处理,测定相应生理指标。[结果]在低温(胁迫)处理过程中,组织内游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛含量变化显著,随气温降低而上升;整个越冬期组织内SOD活性随气温降低而增强,并在休眠中期达到最高,休眠末期气温回升,SOD活性随之下降;鳞叶内叶绿素含量先降低后升高。[结论]叶片内可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量、叶绿素和SOD活性均可以作为评价北美香柏抗寒性的相关指标。

The study would provide theoretical foundation for regional cultivation and extension of Thuja occidentalis L.. [Method] The branches and leaves from early, middle, and last stages of dormant period were treated under different low temperature gradient treatment. The physiological indexes were meamured. [Result] In the process of cold stress, the contents of free proline, soluble sugar and MDA changed dramatically, which increased when the temperature decreased. SOD activity increased when temperature delining during wintering period, with the maximum in the middle stage. With the temperature went up in the last stage SOD activity falled down. The content of chlorophyll in the leaves went from low to high. [Conclusion] The contents of soluable sugar, free proline, MDA, chlorophyll as well as SOD activity should be taken as physiological indices to evaluate the cold resistance of Thuja occidentalis L..
