汽车前照大灯作为汽车当中至关重要的组成部件，对于汽车的行驶安全有重要的影响。汽车前照大灯的结雾现象，长期以来一直困扰着汽车设计人员。本文从汽车前照大灯的结构设计、制作材料和使用环境等，结合车灯内腔的流体场和温度场，综合分析了车灯结雾的原因，并提出相应的改进措施，可作为解决汽车前照大灯起雾问题的参考。

Automobile head lamp is the important component of the automobile which has considerable influences on the safety of the automobile. The fogging in its head lamp has always puzzled the automobile designers. The paper analyzes the causes of lamp fogging in the light of structure design, manufacturing material and application environment based on flow field and temperature field in the lamp intracavity and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
