汽车前照大灯作为汽车当中至关重要的组成部件,对于汽车的行驶安全有重要的影响。汽车前照大灯的结雾现象,长期以来一直困扰着汽车设计人员。本文从汽车前照大灯的结构设计、制作材料和使用环境等,结合车灯内腔的流体场和温度场,综合分析了车灯结雾的原因,并提出相应的改进措施,可作为解决汽车前照大灯起雾问题的参考。
汽車前照大燈作為汽車噹中至關重要的組成部件,對于汽車的行駛安全有重要的影響。汽車前照大燈的結霧現象,長期以來一直睏擾著汽車設計人員。本文從汽車前照大燈的結構設計、製作材料和使用環境等,結閤車燈內腔的流體場和溫度場,綜閤分析瞭車燈結霧的原因,併提齣相應的改進措施,可作為解決汽車前照大燈起霧問題的參攷。

Automobile head lamp is the important component of the automobile which has considerable influences on the safety of the automobile. The fogging in its head lamp has always puzzled the automobile designers. The paper analyzes the causes of lamp fogging in the light of structure design, manufacturing material and application environment based on flow field and temperature field in the lamp intracavity and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
