目的：对苦柏洗剂的质量标准进行研究，以建立可靠的定性定量方法，控制苦柏洗剂的质量，为制剂进入临床和生产阶段提供实验依据。方法：采用HPLC法对本品蛇床子中的主要有效成分蛇床子素进行含量测定，色谱条件：phenomenexC18（250×4.6mm，5μm）柱，以乙腈-水（75：25）为流动相，按梯度比例洗脱；检测波长：322nm。结果：蛇床子素在进样量1~20μg范围内呈良好的线性范围（r=0.9990），平均回收率为98.4%，RSD为1.1%，（n=9）。结论：本法测定苦柏洗剂中蛇床子素含量简便、准确，可以为苦柏洗剂的质量控制提供保障。

목적：대고백세제적질량표준진행연구，이건립가고적정성정량방법，공제고백세제적질량，위제제진입림상화생산계단제공실험의거。방법：채용HPLC법대본품사상자중적주요유효성분사상자소진행함량측정，색보조건：phenomenexC18（250×4.6mm，5μm）주，이을정-수（75：25）위류동상，안제도비례세탈；검측파장：322nm。결과：사상자소재진양량1~20μg범위내정량호적선성범위（r=0.9990），평균회수솔위98.4%，RSD위1.1%，（n=9）。결론：본법측정고백세제중사상자소함량간편、준학，가이위고백세제적질량공제제공보장。
Objective:Studies on the quality standards of Ku-bai lotion, to develop methods for content determination to control the quality of Ku-bai lotion, so that it can be used as basic studies for the mixture to be clinical used. Methods:HPLC method was used to determine the content of berber-ine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in Ku-bai lotion. (Samples were analyzed on PhenomenexC18 Column (5μm, 4.6mm × 250mm) phe-nomenexC18 Column was used, mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-0.1%potassium (25:75)and the detection wavelength was 322nm. Results:The calibration curve was linear at sample size 1~20μg (r=0.9990) with the average recoveries were 98.4%.Conclusions:This method is accurate, reli-able and reproducible, it can be applied as standard for the control of Ku-bai lotion.
