《中华人民共和国旅游法》(以下简称《旅游法》)的实施对旅游业产生了重要而深远的影响,引起了社会各界的高度关注。导游人员是旅游业的重要从业者,也因此成为受《旅游法》影响最大的旅游从业群体之一,研究《旅游法》对导游人员的影响是这部法律对整个旅游行业影响研究的重要组成部分。通过调查导游人员对《旅游法》的感知,采用相关研究方法,研究《旅游法》对导游人员的影响。研究表明,导游人员普遍支持《旅游法》的实施,但是导游人员并不满意《旅游法》背景下的收入水平和薪酬制度,同时对工作环境改善的预期并不明显,并且感受到工作竞争压力的增加。此外,导游人员的人口统计学特征与3个感知主因子之间存在着相关关系。

The Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China (hereafter referred to as Tourism Law)has made profound impact on Chinese tourism and been highly concerned by all circles of society.As the important practitioners of tourism,tour guides have become one of the most affected working groups in tourism.And as to the study on the influence of the Tourism Law on the whole tourism,the study on the influence of the Tourism Law on the tour guides is the most important part of it.By the approach of relative study methods,this paper focuses on the influence of Tourism Law on the tour guides through researches on the guides’perception on Tourism Law.According to the study,Tourism Law has gained universal support among guides.Howev-er,guides are not satisfied with their income level and salary system.Meanwhile,they have no apparent expectations on the im-provement of their working environment and feel increasing stress and competition in their work.In addition,there are correla-tions between the demographic characteristics of tour guides and the three main perceptual factors.
