To CRH6 intercity EMUs,welded joints of dissimilar steel are universal used on bogie frame. By analysising microstructure of heat affected zone and testing of mechanical properties of welded joints, the appropriate welding process parameters and technological measures is obtained to ensure the quality and mechanical properties of welded joints, thus providing the experiment basis of bogie frame of CRH6 intercity EMUs.
