Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ族新型三元半导体量子点 AgInS2,不仅具备了量子点所具有的优异性能,同时以其低毒环保的优点,在近年来取得了重大的研究进展,有望取代Cd系量子点在各领域的应用。通过对国内外最新研究成果进行总结,概述了 AgInS2量子点的研究进展,讨论了其存在的问题并对今后的研究进行了展望。

Recently,the newly environmental friendly Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ semiconductor quantum dots (QDs)AgInS2 had received significant progress by virtue of its excellent properties of quantum dots and the advantage of low-tox-ic.Therefore,it was expected to replace Cd-based quantum dots in various applications.Focus on the advances at home and abroad,the status and the existing problems of AgInS2 quantum dots are summerized and dis-cussed.Furthermore,the prospects of the related research are presented.
