目的:观察吞咽功能训练结合神经康复仪对脑干功能损伤所致吞咽障碍患儿的治疗效果。方法将30例脑炎所致脑干功能损伤伴有吞咽障碍的患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各15例,2组在静脉使用营养神经药物治疗的同时,治疗组采用神经康复仪配合吞咽功能训练,对照组单纯采用吞咽功能训练,分别比较患儿在治疗前和治疗后的疗效评定结果。结果治疗后,治疗组吞咽功能恢复状况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吞咽功能训练结合神经康复仪较单纯吞咽功能训练更能提高小儿脑炎所致脑干功能损伤伴吞咽障碍的治疗效果,缩短患儿吞咽功能康复周期,提高患儿的生活质量。
目的:觀察吞嚥功能訓練結閤神經康複儀對腦榦功能損傷所緻吞嚥障礙患兒的治療效果。方法將30例腦炎所緻腦榦功能損傷伴有吞嚥障礙的患兒隨機分為治療組和對照組,各15例,2組在靜脈使用營養神經藥物治療的同時,治療組採用神經康複儀配閤吞嚥功能訓練,對照組單純採用吞嚥功能訓練,分彆比較患兒在治療前和治療後的療效評定結果。結果治療後,治療組吞嚥功能恢複狀況明顯優于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論吞嚥功能訓練結閤神經康複儀較單純吞嚥功能訓練更能提高小兒腦炎所緻腦榦功能損傷伴吞嚥障礙的治療效果,縮短患兒吞嚥功能康複週期,提高患兒的生活質量。

Objective Toobserveclinicalefficacyofswallowingfunctionaltrainingcombinedwithneurologicalrehabilitationinstrumentin childrenwithdysphagiacausedbybrainstemdysfunction.Methods 30encephalitiscaseswithdysphagiacausedbybrainstemdysfunction were randomly divided into treatment group (1 5 cases)and control group (1 5 cases).All cases were treated with intravenous neurotrophic drug.In addition to this,the control group were treated with swallowing function training.While ,the treatment group were treated not only withswallowingfunctiontraining,butalsowithneurologicalrehabilitationinstrument.Results Theswallowingscoreoftreatmentgroupwas significantlybetterthanthatofcontrolgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion Thecombinationofneurologicalrehabilitationinstrumentwithswal-lowing function training can improve swallowing function in encephalitis children with dysphagia caused by brainstem dysfunction better than the single swallowing function training.Thus ,it can shorten the rehabilitation period and improve the quality of life of children.
