The work of independent enrollment students leads to many new problems in students management in higher vocational colleges. Improving self-management ability of independent enrollment students can make these problems solved efficiently. According to analyzing the characteristics of independent enrollment students, the author puts forward a series of measures to improve self-management ability of independent enrollment students relying on the campus culture, and provides a theoretical basis to cultivate the independent enrollment students.
