目的：观察电针配合推拿治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：48例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各24例，治疗组采用电针及推拿治疗，对照组仅用推拿治疗，2个疗程后评价两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组疗（P<0.05）。结论：电针配合推拿治疗肩周炎有效，能改善患者疼痛及肩关节功能。

목적：관찰전침배합추나치료견주염적림상료효。방법：48례견주염환자수궤분위치료조여대조조각24례，치료조채용전침급추나치료，대조조부용추나치료，2개료정후평개량조료효。결과：치료조총유효솔현저고우대조조료（P<0.05）。결론：전침배합추나치료견주염유효，능개선환자동통급견관절공능。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of electro-acupuncture combined with massage for scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods:48 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 24 cases, treatment group adopted thera-py of electro-acupuncture and massage, control group only with massage treatment, the curative effects of two groups were evaluated after 2 courses. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture combined with massage for scapulohumeral periarthritis is effective, which can improve pain and shoulder joint function of patients.
