目的：探讨针灸联合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：240例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为针灸组和牵引组各120例，针灸组采用针灸联合中药外敷治疗，牵引组应用牵引联合中药外敷，2周后观察两组临床疗效。结果：针灸组总有效率为93.3%，显著高于牵引组的81.7%（P<0.05）；治疗后针灸组VAS及McGill-Melzack评分均明显低于牵引组（P<0.05）。结论：针灸联合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症可明显缓解疼痛，减轻临床症状。
目的：探討針灸聯閤中藥外敷治療腰椎間盤突齣癥的療效。方法：240例腰椎間盤突齣癥患者隨機分為針灸組和牽引組各120例，針灸組採用針灸聯閤中藥外敷治療，牽引組應用牽引聯閤中藥外敷，2週後觀察兩組臨床療效。結果：針灸組總有效率為93.3%，顯著高于牽引組的81.7%（P<0.05）；治療後針灸組VAS及McGill-Melzack評分均明顯低于牽引組（P<0.05）。結論：針灸聯閤中藥外敷治療腰椎間盤突齣癥可明顯緩解疼痛，減輕臨床癥狀。
목적：탐토침구연합중약외부치료요추간반돌출증적료효。방법：240례요추간반돌출증환자수궤분위침구조화견인조각120례，침구조채용침구연합중약외부치료，견인조응용견인연합중약외부，2주후관찰량조림상료효。결과：침구조총유효솔위93.3%，현저고우견인조적81.7%（P<0.05）；치료후침구조VAS급McGill-Melzack평분균명현저우견인조（P<0.05）。결론：침구연합중약외부치료요추간반돌출증가명현완해동통，감경림상증상。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation for lumbar disc herniation. Methods:240 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group (120 cases) and traction group (120 cases), the acupuncture group treated by acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation, while traction group by traction combined with herbal fomentation, then observed the effi-cacy after 2 weeks. Results:The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 93.3%, which was higher than 81.7%that of traction group (P<0.05);after treatment, the VAS and McGill-Melzack scores of acupuncture group were both lower than those of traction group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acu-puncture combined with herbal fomentation can effectively relieve pain and reduce the symptoms of lumbar disc herniation.
