目的：观察电针配合多壮温针灸治疗骨质疏松症患者腰痛的疗效。方法：将96例患者随机分为治疗组（48例）和对照组（48例），治疗组采用电针配合多壮温针灸治疗，对照组单纯采用电针治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率及骨密度稳定率均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：电针配合多壮温针灸治疗骨质疏松症腰痛疗效显著。
目的：觀察電針配閤多壯溫針灸治療骨質疏鬆癥患者腰痛的療效。方法：將96例患者隨機分為治療組（48例）和對照組（48例），治療組採用電針配閤多壯溫針灸治療，對照組單純採用電針治療，觀察兩組臨床療效。結果：治療組總有效率及骨密度穩定率均高于對照組（P<0.05）。結論：電針配閤多壯溫針灸治療骨質疏鬆癥腰痛療效顯著。
목적：관찰전침배합다장온침구치료골질소송증환자요통적료효。방법：장96례환자수궤분위치료조（48례）화대조조（48례），치료조채용전침배합다장온침구치료，대조조단순채용전침치료，관찰량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔급골밀도은정솔균고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：전침배합다장온침구치료골질소송증요통료효현저。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with needle-warming moxibustion treating osteoporosis patients with lumbago. Methods:96 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases), treatment group were treated with electro-acupuncture combined with needle-warming moxibustion, control group with electro-acupuncture only, to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results:the total effective rate and bone density stable rate of treatment group were both higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with needle-warming moxibustion treating lumbago caused by osteoporosis is significantly effec-tive.
