目的：探讨复方氟米松软膏联合皮肤屏障保湿剂治疗神经性皮炎的近期临床疗效。方法选择80例神经性皮炎患者，随机分为治疗组及对照组；治疗组给予复方氟米松软膏治疗，1次/天，同时给予皮肤屏障保湿剂治疗，1次/晚，对照组白天及晚上各外用复方氟米松软膏，2次/天；治疗4周后评估临床疗效及8周后复发率。结果用药4周后，治疗组痊愈14例，痊愈率为35%，总有效35例，总有效率为87.5%，对照组痊愈12例，痊愈率为30%，总有效31例，总有效率为77.5%。两组之间差异无统计学意义（X2=1.39，P>0.05）；8周后，治疗组复发4例，复发率为28.57%；对照组复发9例，复发率为75.00%。两组之间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组复发率明显低于对照组。结论复方氟米松软膏联合皮肤屏障保湿剂治疗神经性皮炎4周近期临床疗效较好，8周后复发率比单用复方氟米松软膏低。
목적：탐토복방불미송연고연합피부병장보습제치료신경성피염적근기림상료효。방법선택80례신경성피염환자，수궤분위치료조급대조조；치료조급여복방불미송연고치료，1차/천，동시급여피부병장보습제치료，1차/만，대조조백천급만상각외용복방불미송연고，2차/천；치료4주후평고림상료효급8주후복발솔。결과용약4주후，치료조전유14례，전유솔위35%，총유효35례，총유효솔위87.5%，대조조전유12례，전유솔위30%，총유효31례，총유효솔위77.5%。량조지간차이무통계학의의（X2=1.39，P>0.05）；8주후，치료조복발4례，복발솔위28.57%；대조조복발9례，복발솔위75.00%。량조지간차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），치료조복발솔명현저우대조조。결론복방불미송연고연합피부병장보습제치료신경성피염4주근기림상료효교호，8주후복발솔비단용복방불미송연고저。
Objective: To evaluate the recently clinical efficiency of Compound Flumetasone Ointment combined with Skin Barrier Emulsion in patients with neurodermatitis. Methods: 80 cases of neurodermatitis patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received treatment Compound Flumetasone Ointment, 1 time / day, while giving the amide-containing nerve moisturizer treatment, 1 time / night. The control group during the day and at night al topical Compound Flumetasone Ointment, 2 times / day. After 4 weeks of treatment to assess the efficacy and treatment referral relapse rate after 8 weeks. Results: After 4 weeks, 14 cases in the treatment group recovered, the healing rate was 35%, total effective 35 cases, the total effective rate was 87.5%. The differences between the two groups was statistical y significant (P < 0.05), treatment group recurrence rate significantly lower than the control group. Conclusions: Compound Flumetasone Ointment combined with Skin Barrier Emulsion in the treatment of neurodermatitis of 4 weeks has better clinical efficacy, recurrence rate after 8 weeks than single Compound Flumetasone Ointment low recurrence rate.
