As a new harbor,Nangang Port East Harbor will be planned to develop greatly the logistics business of a large amount of dry bulk cargo,petrochemicals,bulk cargo and the supporting commercial service. Local ecological environment should meet the requirements for high initial position,high standard and innovation content. The ecological environment is also analyzed and studied from the aspect of the harbor layout to propose a whole planning to construct an environment-friendly and sustainable new harbor.
