目的:探讨借鉴JCI理念的护生带教管理模式对护生临床护理的作用效果。方法以2011届护生作为实验组,采用借鉴JCI理念的护生带教管理模式;2010届护生为对照组,采用常规带教模式,比较2组的不良事件发生率、投诉率及实习末期专业成绩等。结果实验组护生的不良事件发生率、投诉率明显低于对照组,实习末期专业成绩明显高于对照组(均P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论借鉴JCI理念的护生带教管理模式对保障患者护理安全具有重要的实际效果。
目的:探討藉鑒JCI理唸的護生帶教管理模式對護生臨床護理的作用效果。方法以2011屆護生作為實驗組,採用藉鑒JCI理唸的護生帶教管理模式;2010屆護生為對照組,採用常規帶教模式,比較2組的不良事件髮生率、投訴率及實習末期專業成績等。結果實驗組護生的不良事件髮生率、投訴率明顯低于對照組,實習末期專業成績明顯高于對照組(均P<0.05),差異具有統計學意義。結論藉鑒JCI理唸的護生帶教管理模式對保障患者護理安全具有重要的實際效果。
목적:탐토차감JCI이념적호생대교관리모식대호생림상호리적작용효과。방법이2011계호생작위실험조,채용차감JCI이념적호생대교관리모식;2010계호생위대조조,채용상규대교모식,비교2조적불량사건발생솔、투소솔급실습말기전업성적등。결과실험조호생적불량사건발생솔、투소솔명현저우대조조,실습말기전업성적명현고우대조조(균P<0.05),차이구유통계학의의。결론차감JCI이념적호생대교관리모식대보장환자호리안전구유중요적실제효과。
Objective To explore the effect of JCI teaching mode in clinical nursing students education. Methods A intervention study was preformed. The student nurses in intervention group which was given the JCI teaching mode were 304 probationer nurses in 2012, while control group which was given routine teaching mode was composed of 270 probationer nurses in 2011. The incidence of ad-verse event, complaint and final test score of probationary period were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse event, complaint were less in intervention group, and final test score was better, comparing to control group(P<0.05), with the difference statistical significance. Conclusion The education effects of JCI teaching mode to nursing students are better than routine teaching mode, and it is good to guarantee the nursing safety for patients.
