针对目前工业锅炉热效率普遍偏低的现状,通过反平衡测量法分析工业锅炉的各种热损失,得到锅炉的热效率。结合设备运行经验,从降低锅炉燃烧热损失角度阐述如何提高锅炉的热效率,同时加强锅炉的日常运行管理,发现问题及时处理,从而提高能源利用,实现节能减排。
針對目前工業鍋爐熱效率普遍偏低的現狀,通過反平衡測量法分析工業鍋爐的各種熱損失,得到鍋爐的熱效率。結閤設備運行經驗,從降低鍋爐燃燒熱損失角度闡述如何提高鍋爐的熱效率,同時加彊鍋爐的日常運行管理,髮現問題及時處理,從而提高能源利用,實現節能減排。
침대목전공업과로열효솔보편편저적현상,통과반평형측량법분석공업과로적각충열손실,득도과로적열효솔。결합설비운행경험,종강저과로연소열손실각도천술여하제고과로적열효솔,동시가강과로적일상운행관리,발현문제급시처리,종이제고능원이용,실현절능감배。
The boiler various heat losses were analyzed by using the inverse balance method in order to obtain the thermal efficiency of a boiler. Combining with practical experience of the equipment operation,how to pro-mote a boiler thermal efficiency was represented from reducing thermal heat losses during combustion in boiler. Meanwhile,the paper suggested the current management should be strengthened and some problem be handled in time so that promoting energy utilization and the energy conservation and reduction of pollutant emission be achieved.
