传统电感测微仪采用自感或互感变化实现微位移测量,其测量、统计和计算比较繁琐。为实现微位移的自动测量,基于PCI采集卡和C++Builder编程环境,设计了数字化精密电感测微仪,集数据测量、统计、处理等功能为一体,分辨力高、工作性能稳定,可应用于高精度微位移测量。完成了测微仪的结构、测量电路和信号接口电路等设计。并通过与激光干涉仪比对测量,验证了设计的合理性并达到精度要求。

The traditional inductive micrometer is a kind of gauge used to measure micro displacement by using the self induc-tance and mutual inductance. Its measurement, statistics and calculation are very complicated. In order to measure micro displace-ment automatically, a digital precision inductive micrometer based on PCI acquisition card and C++Builder programming environ-ment has been designed with high resolution and stable performance, integrated with the function of data measurement, statistics and processing. It can be applied to the high precision micro displacement measurement. The structure of micrometer, measurement cir-cuit and interface circuit is designed. It verifies the rationality and meets the precision by comparing with the laser interferometer.
