采用问卷调查法、深度访谈法和内容分析法,对中国残联《残疾人职业能力评估系统》适用性进行了调查数据分析、系统解构分析、系统测试。认为该评估系统在实施职业测评以帮助残疾人更好地实现就业方面有重要作用且被广泛认同;指出其缺陷所在,即未能全面考虑残疾人身心特点、基于ICF的功能评估尚未充分体现、职业分类与我国现行职业种类与行业标准匹配性差、系统生成的评估结论过于笼统或单一、无显著区别度及缺乏职业指导意义等,并提出破解路径,建议对现有系统进行全面优化设计与系统深化改进直至重新研发系统新构件,具体内容包括:对职业能力、职业人格、职业兴趣测试部分进行修改,对职业倾向部分进行分析整合,并在系统优化设计中继续开发视力、智力残疾人的职业测评软件。

By using the method of questionnaire, depth interview and content analysis, this paper put forward occupational aptitude tests, data analysis and systematical analysis based on Occupation Ability Evaluation System for the Disabled in 2010 developed by China Disabled Persons' Federation. It is important and widely recognized for the system in the implementation of occupation evaluation to help the disabled persons obtain better careers; to point out the defects why failed to fully consider the characteristics of the disabled persons’ body and mind, to apply the evaluation function of ICF unfully reflected, to be the poor match of occupation classification, system generated with our present occupational and professional standard, the evaluation conclusion based on the system is too general or single, no obvious difference and the career guidance significance etc ) and the solutions. It is suggested for the existing system to conduct a comprehensive optimization design and system deepening improvement until the new system component to be researched and developed, the concrete content including:to modify the occupation ability, personality, occupation interest test part, to analyze the integration tendency of occupation, and to continue developing the vision, intelligence professional test and evaluation software for the disabled in the system optimization development.
