实施“理实一体化”教学模式是高职院校教学改革的重要举措,是提升学生职业技能和综合素质、充分满足行业、企业对应用型人才培养质量的必然要求和选择。为此,在“双师型”教师相对匮乏的情况下,构建“理实一体化”教学模式下实践指导教师多元培养模式,是提高实践指导教师综合能力的必要途径。

Implementation of the "integration of theory and practice" teaching mode is an important act during the process of higher vocational schools reform. To promote students’ vocational skills and overall qualities, meet the requirement of applied technological talents from enterprises, we have to introduce this kind of teaching mode in to the training. Thus, in the context of insufifcient“two-skills”teachers to improve the overall qualities of practice guidance teachers, it is necessary to apply the training strategy based on the"integration of theory and practice"teaching mode.
