从国内外高校实施本科生导师制的经验出发，介绍了高校理学院信息与计算科学专业实行本科生导师制的重要性，归纳出实施导师制的模式和实现路径，总结了黑龙江八一农垦大学信息与计算科学专业实施导师制的实践和成效，并提出了完善导师制进一步发展的建议。

In this paper, starting from the experience of implementing tutorial system in colleges and universities at home and abroad, this paper introduces the open information and calculation science specialized university faculty of science to open the importance of tutorial system, summing up the mode of implementation of tutor system and the implementation path, summarizes practices and results of implementation of tutorial system of information and calculation science specialized in the Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University, and perfect supervisory system further development suggestions are put forward.
