高职院校生产性实训基地建设对深化人才培养模式和实践教学改革及推动校企合作发展具有重要作用。论述了高职院校校内实训基地的内涵、特征及校内生产性实训基地的建设原则，并探讨了校内生产性实训基地的建设模式。

The construction of productive training base had great effect on the developing of school-enterprise cooperation and gave impetus to the reforms of personnel training model and practice teaching. In this article, we mainly introduced the meanings and characteristics of productive training base in higher vocational college, and then discussed the principles and construction models of productive training base in order to provide theoretical guidance for the construction.
