吴武典、冯观富、胡金枝等台湾教育专家的感人事迹启示人们,真正的师者,以身载道,道在自身。这样的人,人在哪里,教育在那里。教育,作为人的教育,必须透过创造性和示范性的生命活力来激发,传播真善美,才能让学生的知情意得到和谐发展。教师教育之根本,在于教师;有什么样的教师,就有什么样的教师教育。教师教育要正确处理术与道的关系。术是末,道是本,以道驭术,术便是仁术。在科学化、专业化程度越来越高的今天,教师教育要重视“术”,但又不能停留在“术”的层面,还必须进入到“道”的境界,坚守“传道、授业和解惑”之统一,道术并举,互相促进,才能回归教师教育之本真,避免“没有灵魂的卓越”。

The practice of educators like Wu Wu-Tien,Feng Guanfu and Hu Jinzhi from Taiwan re-veals that a teacher is a person who embodies the reason and morality and that where there is such a per-son,there is the education.The education,as the teaching of human beings,may spread truth,goodness and beauty through the influential models,stimulating the educatee with creative and active energia,in-spiring eagerness of the educatee,so that the educatee's cognition,emotion and volition are developed har-moniously.The essence of the teacher's education is in teacher.What kind of teacher decides what kind of teacher's education,in which lies the relationship of the principle and the method.The principle determines the method.When the method is guided with the principle,the method is good and leading the education to humanity.In today's highly scientific and specialized world,it is important to emphasize the methodolo-gy in the teacher's education though,it is more important to guide the method with the principle.The uni-ty of moral teaching,professional training and problem-solving instructing is the nature of education. The teacher's education should keep the idea that the method is guided by the principle so as to avoid the soulless brilliance and to return to the nature of education.
