巴基斯坦N-J水电站由国际咨询设计工程师设计,中国葛洲坝集团公司总承包建设。最初设计的地下厂房桥机梁为钢筋混凝土矩形梁结构,为不影响发电工期,总承包商经慎重考虑后,从缩短工期、节省投资、安全施工以及国内岩锚梁已普遍采用等方面,向国际设计工程师推荐厂房桥机梁采用岩锚梁结构并获批准。详细介绍了岩锚梁岩台区域开挖、支护的快速施工技术和岩锚梁混凝土浇筑快速施工技术。从岩台区域开挖至岩锚梁混凝土施工完成,仅用时约3个月,缩短施工工期约4个月。

The N-J Hydropower Station in Pakistan is designed by foreign engineers and constructed by China Gezhouba Cor-poration. For shortening the construction period, the initial solution of bridge crane beam in underground powerhouse, a triangu-lar reinforced beam designed by foreign consulting engineers, was suggested to be modified to rock-anchoring beam by Chinese construction company after taking account of various parameters such as construction period, saving cost, safety as well as the its wide application in China. Through persuasive argument, the foreign engineers adopted the suggestion. Related construction tech-nologies are presented in detail, such as rock-platform forming, quick supporting and concrete placement. The rock-anchoring beam was finished in 3 months, which was 4 months faster than the initial solution.
