In order to reviewing the research advances of the biological effects of chitosan on weaned piglets, the effects of chitosan on the intestinal microflora environment,intestinal morphology and structure, immunity, intestinal enzyme activity, growth and diarrhea of weaned piglets were summarized, so as to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the research and application of chitosan in pig industry.
