目的：探讨金达克宁乳膏联用护臀膏防治新生儿臀红的效果。方法370例重度臀红患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用婴儿护臀霜治疗，观察组采用金达克宁乳膏与护臀膏联用，3天后观察效果。结果观察组治疗臀红的有效率明显优于对照组（P＜0．01），患儿皮疹消退，皮疹溃破消退及皮肤糜烂消退时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论金达克宁乳膏与护臀膏联用防治新生儿臀红，方便、经济、有效，无不良反应，具有很好的临床应用价值。
목적：탐토금체극저유고련용호둔고방치신생인둔홍적효과。방법370례중도둔홍환인수궤분위관찰조화대조조。대조조채용영인호둔상치료，관찰조채용금체극저유고여호둔고련용，3천후관찰효과。결과관찰조치료둔홍적유효솔명현우우대조조（P＜0．01），환인피진소퇴，피진궤파소퇴급피부미란소퇴시간균명현단우대조조（P＜0．01）。결론금체극저유고여호둔고련용방치신생인둔홍，방편、경제、유효，무불량반응，구유흔호적림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate the effect of Daktarin Glod combined with Nappy Creamin preventing neonate diaper dermatitis .Methods 370 cases with severe neonate diaper dermatitis were divided into combination therapy group and control grouprandomly .The patients in control group were treated with Nappy Creamonly , while those in combination therapy group were treated with ketconazole cream combined with nappy rash cream, changes were recorded, andcompare the effects 3 days after treatment.Results The therapy effect of combination group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01).The time of erythrafadeaway, erythra burst fadeawayand erosion disappeared in combination group was shorter than that of control group (P<0. 01).Conclusions Combination therapy with Daktarin Clod and Nappy Cream is worth of clinical application for it has advantages such as convenient /economical/effective and has no adverse effects .
