目的:测定深圳市宝安区6~12岁健康儿童肺功能,为宝安区儿童肺功能参考值提供依据。方法按年龄分层抽取2011~2013年期间到本院及宝安妇幼保健院体检的6~12岁儿童350名进行肺功能检测,每组50例,男女各175例,并记录其身高、体重。取最能反映肺功能的4个参数作为测定指标,即用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒钟用力呼出气体容量(FEV1)、峰值呼气流速(PEF)、最大呼气中段流速(FEF25%~75%)。结果350例中男童和女童相比,除PEF值有统计学差异(P<0.05)外,年龄、身高、体重及FVC、FEV1、FEF25%~75%均无统计学差异( P >0.05);单因素方差分析发现 FVC、FEV1、PEF、FEF25%~75%与年龄、身高、体重呈正相关(P<0.05);多元回归分析显示4个肺功能参数都与体重无关, FVC,FEV1,PEF均与性别相关,身高、年龄对FVC, FEV1,PEF,FEF25%~75%均有影响。结论6~12岁儿童肺功能指标受年龄、性别、身高和体重的影响,但不同的指标受影响的因素不完全相同,其中年龄和身高是最重要的影响因素。

Objective Determinate the normal values of pulmonary functionin healthy children aged from 6 to 12 years old in Bao'an District of Shenzhen City , to providereference for pulmonary function .Methods 350 healthy children aged from 6 to 12 years old were selected by using stratified sampling method , thy participated physical examination in our hospital ormaternal and child health hospital of Bao 'an district during 2011~2013. And they were divided into 7 groups according age , 50 cases in each group , parity in gender ,test their pulmonary function( FVC, FEV1, PEFand FEF25% -75%), record the number of weight and height.Results Differences of age/height/weight/FVC/FEV1/FEF25% -75%between different gender present no statistically different (P>0.05), except for the difference of PEF .According to Single factor analysis of variance , FVC/FEV1/PEF/FEF25%-75% were positively associated with age/height /weight ( P <0.05 ).Multiple regression analysis proved that the four parameters of lung function has nothing to do with the body mass .FVC/FEV1/PEF had relations to gender .Height and age had effects on FVC/FEV1/PEF/FEF25%-75%.Conclusions Pulmonary function parameters of Children aged from 6 to 12 years old were effected by age/gender/height/weight, but different parameters affected by different factors , in which age and height were the most important factors .
