目的：用微波加热作丽春红-苦味酸-维多利亚蓝染色分析。方法采用丽春红-苦味酸-维多利亚蓝（Ponceau-Victoria blue B）染色分实验组（用微波加热）与对照组（不用微波，只用原法分析），共检测子宫肌瘤10例，女性乳腺纤维腺瘤10例及男性前列腺增生30例。结果用Ponceau-Victoria blue B者，不论是实验组还是对照组，其胶原纤维呈红色，肌纤维呈黄色；用微波加热者，染色时间缩短，保存时间延长，染色3~4周后照相，彩色反差仍明显。结论微波加热适用于Ponceau-Victoria blue B染色，染色后切片保存的时间较长；胶原纤维（红色）与平滑肌纤维（黄色）的反差也不错，有助于鉴别两种不同来源的肿瘤。
목적：용미파가열작려춘홍-고미산-유다리아람염색분석。방법채용려춘홍-고미산-유다리아람（Ponceau-Victoria blue B）염색분실험조（용미파가열）여대조조（불용미파，지용원법분석），공검측자궁기류10례，녀성유선섬유선류10례급남성전렬선증생30례。결과용Ponceau-Victoria blue B자，불론시실험조환시대조조，기효원섬유정홍색，기섬유정황색；용미파가열자，염색시간축단，보존시간연장，염색3~4주후조상，채색반차잉명현。결론미파가열괄용우Ponceau-Victoria blue B염색，염색후절편보존적시간교장；효원섬유（홍색）여평활기섬유（황색）적반차야불착，유조우감별량충불동래원적종류。
Objective To analyze Ponceau-Victoria blue B(P-V) stain by microwave heating. Methods There were control group and the testing group which was the P-V stain by microvave heating with 30 cases of male prostate hyperplasia,10 cases of female breast fibroadenoma and 10 cases of myoma of uterus. Results The P-V stain by microwave heating could show the collaginous fibril red and the smooth muscle fibril yellow clearly , but the stain time of P-V stain by microwave heating was reduced than conventional P-V stain and the color could keep more long time. Conclusion Ponceau-Victoria blue B stain by microwave heating is a good method to differentiate myoma and fibroma. The stain time cost of P-V stain by microwave heating is shorten than the conventional P-V stain and the stain color can keep more long than the old Van gieson stain.
