目的：发展与完善药品生产企业派驻监督员制度，加强药品生产监管。方法通过大连市派驻监督工作的实践以及各地派驻监督的探索，逐步发展完善派驻监督员制度。结果与结论药品生产企业派驻监督员制度在实践中对生产监管起到了巨大的作用，完善该制度将对提高我国药品生产监管水平起到重要作用。
目的：髮展與完善藥品生產企業派駐鑑督員製度，加彊藥品生產鑑管。方法通過大連市派駐鑑督工作的實踐以及各地派駐鑑督的探索，逐步髮展完善派駐鑑督員製度。結果與結論藥品生產企業派駐鑑督員製度在實踐中對生產鑑管起到瞭巨大的作用，完善該製度將對提高我國藥品生產鑑管水平起到重要作用。
목적：발전여완선약품생산기업파주감독원제도，가강약품생산감관。방법통과대련시파주감독공작적실천이급각지파주감독적탐색，축보발전완선파주감독원제도。결과여결론약품생산기업파주감독원제도재실천중대생산감관기도료거대적작용，완선해제도장대제고아국약품생산감관수평기도중요작용。
Objective To develop and improve the pharmaceutical producing enterprise accredited supervisor system,promote the drug production supervision.Methods Through the practice supervision in Dalian city and explorations in other places,the accredited supervisor system was developed and improved. Results and conclusion Pharmaceutical producing enterprises accredited supervisor system was proved to play a significant role in production and supervision,therefore,the improvement of this system would be crucial to the drug production supervision of our country.
