The part of a seawall in one phaseIIproject was slipped into sea after a year and a half. The stability of seawall was calculated under various working conditions, and its calculation parameters were selected through comparative analysis of the geotechnical survey data before and after the accident, the instability reason was analyzed in theory. The calculation results indi-cate the reinforcement scheme for the seawall at the present stage in different working conditions.
