结合疏浚公司船岸通信需求和北斗RDSS短报文功能,通过编制统一的数据传输表,交互式传输机制,以及编码、压缩、纠错等策略,在最大限度利用北斗短报文传输容量的前提下,设计了一种疏浚船舶数据传输系统。经实船应用验证,效果良好。

Combining with dredging company's ship-shore communications needs and Beidou Satellite SMS, through the strategies such as compiling unified data sheet, interactive transmission mechanism, and coding, compressing and error correc-tion, we designed a dredging data transmission system, which mostly uses the transmission capacity of Beidou Satellite SMS at the premise. It has been verified by real ship application, the effect is good.
