目的：探讨小儿肺炎采用复方丹参注射液辅助治疗的临床疗效。方法选取48例小儿肺炎患者，随机将其分为观察组和对照组各24例，给予对照组患者常规抗生素治疗，观察组患者则在此基础上加用复方丹参注射液辅助治疗，对两组患者的治疗总有效率及不良反应率进行对比。结果观察组总有效率为95．83％，明显高于对照组总有效率为79．17％（P＜0．05），差异显著具有统计学意义；两组患者不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上给予小儿肺炎患者复方丹参注射液辅助治疗可有效的提高治疗效果，且不良反应少，临床效果显著，值得推广和应用。
목적：탐토소인폐염채용복방단삼주사액보조치료적림상료효。방법선취48례소인폐염환자，수궤장기분위관찰조화대조조각24례，급여대조조환자상규항생소치료，관찰조환자칙재차기출상가용복방단삼주사액보조치료，대량조환자적치료총유효솔급불량반응솔진행대비。결과관찰조총유효솔위95．83％，명현고우대조조총유효솔위79．17％（P＜0．05），차이현저구유통계학의의；량조환자불량반응발생솔비교무현저성차이（P＞0．05）。결론재상규치료적기출상급여소인폐염환자복방단삼주사액보조치료가유효적제고치료효과，차불량반응소，림상효과현저，치득추엄화응용。
Objective To explore the application efficacy of compound danshen injection in the treatment of infantile pneumonia .Methods 48 patients with infantile pneumonia were divided into observation group and control grouprandomly , 24 cases in each group .Patients in control group received conventional antibiotic therapy , while patients in observation group were given extra treatment of compound danshen injection on the basis of conventionaltherapy .Compared the total effective rete and occurrence of adverse reaction of the two groups . Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.83%, which significantly higher than the control group(79.17%) ( P <0.05).Difference of incidence of adverse reactions betweenthe two groups present no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions The application of compound danshen injection on the basis of conventional treatment in the treatment of infantile pneumonia could promote it 's efficacy, and with little adverse reaction, worth of popularization and application .
