为探讨多元冲击下台湾特殊教育师资培育之问题与相关的因应对策,以研究者自编之“多元冲击下特殊教育师资培育问题与因应做法之问卷”,对台湾所有特殊教育学系之在学学生进行问卷调查,问卷包含对于当前师资培育多元冲击的看法、就读特殊教育学系的学习感受、特殊教育学系的课程因应、特殊教育学系发展、未来就业感受、未来就业因应与做法、政策建议、面对现况之感受等。另外,对台湾所有特殊教育系15位教授进行访谈,并就访谈内容进行归纳分析,得出访谈发现。根据研究结果,对培育特殊教育师资、解决现况问题、未来因应策略、研究方法及研究对象提出建议,以作为未来培育特殊教育师资及研究的参考。

The main purpose of this study is about the problems and strategies of teacher cultivation un-der the multiple buffets in Taiwan,especially for special education.This research is done by the self-edi-tional questionnaire with census to all the students (from freshman to senior students)of special education department in Taiwan.With the valid questionnaire,the researchers analyze the information in different sections(sexual,grades,and schools)with CHI SQUARE test,t-Test,and one way ANOVA,etc.Ex-cept the questionnaires,the researchers also have interviewed several professors and chairmen from Special Education Department or Special Educational center of university in Taiwan.Suggests are given according to the findings from the research for the teacher cultivation of special education,resolutions for currently problems,strategies for facing problems in the future,and the method or obj ects of research.
