作战态势评估是指挥决策的关键环节。在考虑联合作战双方力量投入的数量质量、部署的位置、行动的样式和体系对抗的措施等因素的基础上进行了作战态势建模；提出了基于三类毁伤力影响因子和交火关系因子的规范交战模式改进方法；通过求解改进的规范交战模式中双方作战势能比值，从而对作战态势优劣进行评估；解决了传统作战态势评估方法静态、单一的问题。最后通过案例说明了方法的可行性和有效性。

Battlefield situation assessment is the key step of the command decision .The method describes the battlefield situation by considering quantity and quality of joint operation forces ,deploy-ments ,ways of action and measures of system-destruction ,etc .The normal operational pattern is modified according to three kinds of influence factors of damage and engagement relationship factor . The battlefield situation is evaluated by the ratio of operational potential energy solved by the modified normal operational pattern .This method avoids drawbacks of classic situation assessment method w hich is static and simple .Finally ,an example is used to illustrate feasibility and availability of the method .
