目的观察高压氧辅助治疗糖尿病性单纯视网膜病变的疗效。方法共选取106例糖尿病单纯性视网膜病变患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组进行单纯的药物治疗，治疗组在药物治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗。2w后观察效果。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论高压氧治疗配合药物治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变比单纯的药物治疗效果好。
목적관찰고압양보조치료당뇨병성단순시망막병변적료효。방법공선취106례당뇨병단순성시망막병변환자，수궤분위대조조화치료조，대조조진행단순적약물치료，치료조재약물치료적기출상가용고압양치료。2w후관찰효과。결과치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조。결론고압양치료배합약물치료당뇨병성시망막병변비단순적약물치료효과호。
Objective To observe the clinical ef ects of using hyperbaric oxygen (HBO)to assist in treating simple diabetic retinopathy. Methods 106 patients with simple diabetic retinopathy were divided into the control group and the HBO group at random. The control group received pure medication while the HBO group was treated by hyperbaric oxygen based on pure medication. After two weeks treatment.Results the curative ef ect of clinic was observed. Conclusion The curative ef ect of the HBO group is much bet er than that of the contrast group.In conclusion the ef ect of Hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with drug is bet er than simple drug therapy.
